Chloe - Howdy, I’m Chloe. I started Asexual Advice with Jac and I run fuckyeahaces. I’m 18, from New York City, and just finished my first year of university. I’m a panromantic asexual and somewhere between out (to the internet and a couple of friends) and not out (to most friends and my family).
Liz - Hi, I’m Liz. I’m a nineteen years old and an out aromantic asexual who’s also agender and neutrois. I’m from Long Island, New York and I’m a Sophomore in college in the Middle of Nowhere, Pennsylvania.
Becca - Also known as Southpaw! I’m a 25-year-old social work graduate student in an asexy relationship with Idra. I’m an asexual activist (online and offline) and am currently living around NYC. My romantic orientation is pretty confusing, but hovering somewhere around “homoromantic.”
J.D. - Hey, everyone. My name is J.D. (or Joey) and I’m 25 years old. I’m asexual, male, and identify as homoromantic. I’ve described myself as asexual since I graduated high school, so it’s been a while now. I’m out to anyone who asks (which means mostly to my close friends and not at all to my family).
Bridget - 21 year old Californian adventurer. I dig sugarless Red Bull and personal growth and understanding. I’m here to help anyone I can with the latter, but if we ever run into each other I’ll totally help you out with both.
The MoUsY spell-checker - Hi, I’m Mousy. I’m 21, live in Sydney, and identify as aromantic asexual. I’m the one in the “Asexuals Party Hardest” t-shirt in this Triple J Hack asexuality feature. I also have my own advice column (no specific theme) on Advicenators. Currently in my 5th year at uni, studying electrical engineering and linguistics. I ride my bicycle everywhere.
Neth - I’m a 25 year old demi-panromantic asexual atheist half-American, half-Brit who was raised and lives in England and grew up a giant Trekkie. My geeky fandom interests have spread since, and I spent a lot of time as a teen in online fandom. Walked in London Pride with AVEN each time we’ve been and spoke in the World Pride conference. I’ve also attended my home town’s Pride with my political party’s LGBT branch. I’m bristrek on AVEN.
Emi - Hello, I’m Emi. 17 years old, senior in high school. I’m from Michigan. I’m a neutrois asexual and I like to help with such limited ability that I can. I also am a music junkie and book addict. I’m asexual, I realized I was such about 2 years ago. I’m out to the internet and a few friends in real life and my parents, though I don’t think they really understand quite yet. I think I came to this conclusion when kids my age were just into sex and asking questions and wanting to have sex. Frankly, I knew I didn’t want to bother with all that mess, I just really didn’t know how to describe it. I found AVEN and something new resulted.
Idra - Hi, I’m Idra! I’m Southpaw’s partner (which is how I got into this) and a panromantic asexual. I have dual citizenship (UK/US) and I speak both French and English. I have a deep love of words and writing! Oh, and I recently moved to New York.
Sea - A 25-year-old person of no gender, a lazy writer, and an even lazier philosopher. I’m aromantic, asexual, and in a relationship with a polyamorous person who is not asexual. Food and sleep make me happy. Sunlight confuses me.
